Founded by Chef Rolex, our company is a celebration of food, family and culture. Chef Rolex’s love affair with food began at a young age in Haiti. One unforgettable morning, as a five-year-old, he tasted his grandmother’s spaghetti for breakfast. Packed in a Superman lunchbox, that spaghetti ignited a lifelong pursuit of recreating the magic of that dish. “That spaghetti changed my life,” Chef Rolex recalls.I’m still chasing my grandmother’s food. That’s what drives me.”
